complimentary shuttle warm welcome pleasant conversation
I recently enjoyed a few nights here. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to İstinye park mall. It proved very useful. staff members, ayşenur and göktuğ, offered warm welcomes. their attentiveness ensured my needs were completely met and conversations with them were always pleasant.
i noticed the minibar's refrigerator wasn't very cold.

The room was spacious and regularly serviced. It included a minibar and a coffee maker. i noticed one window could be opened slightly, improving the air quality considerably. The mattress felt new and supportive.
